Scene 19

There are dreams that are so abstract that they are incomprehensible, yet they sometimes leave a particularly deep impression. It's as though they skip over our mind and go straight to our emotions, like pictures also can sometimes do.

The dream that Maille dreamt that night was also incomprehensible in its minimalism - yet it was clear that it was linked to feelings, to the sense of provocation caused by an opportunity sacrificed, that it was about a story that was to remain unwritten, a unopened window – for the simple reason that there was another story being written, another window one was leaning out.
