As he saw how the fans from Kinshasa cheered on the players in their blue-and-yellow jerseys, he considered – for a fleeting moment – revealing himself as a visitor from Santa Lemusa. But he knew that he had to keep his identity hidden at all costs, even if this secret seemed at the time to be too sinister, much too sinister…
